Ma’am Bella Fulgencio, 80 years old, has moderate to severe sensorineural sloping to profound hearing loss on both ears.
Ma’am Bella used to be a consultant at Mayor’s office in Metro Manila. In 2018, her children purchased an EasyHear Beamformer (BF) for her. She revisited NuGen recently to purchase the accessories for her BF. She happily shared since she used her BF one and a half year ago, she has been enjoying every moment with her family and her friends because she could understand the speech with the help of the device. She found her BF most useful when she was attending meetings in noisy environments and speaking to soft spoken people whom she could hardly hear when she did not have BF. She also noticed that she toned down her voice when using BF. In the past, she felt she was shouting.
Ma’am Bella is a happy user of BF. Her children are considering to upgrade her BF to another EasyHear model with more features.
